Old Soldier Dies

Dubuque, April 10 - Col. D.E. Lyons, a prominent old soldier, with a fine war record, who has lived here many years, died this morning. He is the father of City Attorney Lyons and Mrs. A.Y. McDonald, wife of a prominent manufacturer.
