Mary Ann Wesenberg, 49, of 3635 Keystone Drive, died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003, at The Finley Hospital, Dubuque.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, Iowa, with the Rev. Tom Rasterelli officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph''s Cemetery, Farley. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She was born on Jan. 10, 1954, in Dubuque, daughter of John Herman and Marie Alice (Stathos) Kruse. She married Steven Wesenberg on March 2, 1991, in Dubuque.

She received her education at St. Joseph's School in Farley.

She was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church, Dubuque.

Surviving are her husband, Steve Wesenberg, of Dubuque; a daughter, Amanda Wesenberg, of Dubuque; two sisters, Diana Pierce and Julie Kruse, both of Dubuque; a brother, Mark Kruse, of Dubuque; a sister-in-law, Peggy Kruse, of Farley; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Sarah Kruse, in 1960; and a brother, James M. "Hooker" Kruse, on May 26, 2000.

In lieu of flowers, a Mary Ann Wesenberg Memorial Fund has been established.
