Donna J. Booth, 65, of 80 N. Algona St., died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, at ManorCare Health Services.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Hoffmann-Schneider Funeral Home, 1640 Main St., where friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday.

She worked at Area Residential Care Center, Dubuque, for 29 years.

She was born on Oct. 21, 1937, in Shreveport, La., daughter of William and Nona (Pritchette) Kollman.

She graduated from high school in Elgin, Ill., and attended the University of Illinois and the University of Los Angeles.

Surviving are a daughter, Tracy Kast, of Elberta, Ala.; a longtime friend, Glenn Kies, of Dubuque; a grandchild, Cameron Winstead, of San Angelo, Texas; a sister, Sally Kolf, of Montgomery, Minn.; two nieces, Kelly (Jason) Bellomy and Molly (Craig) Hollenbeck; and a nephew, Travis Daniel Kollman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, William.
