Norma M. Charley, 82, of the Elizabeth E. Martin Health Center in the Western Home Community, Cedar Falls, Iowa formerly of Dubuque, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2003, at the center.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity American Lutheran Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery, both in Waterloo, Iowa.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, Waterloo.
