Mary Frances Rutledge, 84, of Kelso, Wash., formerly of Dubuque, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, at St. John Medical Center, Longview, Wash.

Private family services will be held. Entombment will be in Resurrection Garden Mausoleum at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Dubuque.

The Steele Chapel at Longview Memorial Park, Longview, is in charge of arrangements.
