Funeral services for Kenneth J. Walsh, age 62, of Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Waukon, Iowa, in Allamakee County, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 20 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dubuque, Iowa. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery with Behr Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Kenneth J. Walsh, son of Joseph and Matilda "Tillie" A. (Waldron) Walsh, was born September 29, 1927 in Waukon, Iowa. On September 26, 1950 he married Doris Killian in Yankton, South Dakota. Kenneth was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a longtime employee of Dubuque Stamp Company.

Kenneth died Saturday, February 17, 1990 in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Francis Walsh.

He is survived by his former wife, Doris; a daughter, LuAnn Croley and a son, Richard Walsh, both of Orlando, Florida; a grandson; 7 sisters, Lucille (Gail) Garvick, Marie (Larry) Vaaler, and Dorothy Anfenson, all of LaCrosse, Wisconsin, Margaret Walsh of Waukon, Iowa, Lorraine (Paul) Mann and Jeanne (Leo) O'Malley, both of Webster City, Iowa, and Lois (Harold) Hanson of Dubuque, Iowa; and a brother Jack Walsh of Dubuque, Iowa.
