The home of Ben Kann was saddened on Sunday by the death of Mrs. Kann (Bertha Margaret Nigg). She was born in Dubuque thirty-four years ago. She leaves to mourn her death her husband and five children, and many relatives and friends. The funeral was held in St. Mary Church on Wednesday. Rev. Dupont officiated. She was buried in Mt. Olivet cemetery. (Guttenberg)
