Janette D. Roscamp, 83, of Stonehill Care Center, formerly of 14690 MGM Drive, died Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at the care center.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Nativity Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7:30 p.m. today at Hoffmann-Schneider Funeral Home, 1640 Main St.

Mrs. Roscamp worked at the former Licorice Factory in her earlier years. She later worked at The Finley Hospital and Mercy Hospital, retiring in 1969.

She was born on Sept. 30, 1919, in Dubuque, daughter of David and Jenny (Adams) Regnier. She married Joseph F. Roscamp on Nov. 16, 1940, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Dubuque; he preceded her in death on March 15, 1984.

She was a member of Nativity Parish.

Surviving are a daughter, Linda Roscamp, of Dubuque.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Robert B. Carpentier; and a brother, Lavern Carpentier.

In lieu of flowers, a Janette Roscamp Memorial Fund has been established.
