HETHERINGTON - In this city on the 17th inst., Martha Hill, daughter of Henry S. and Sarah A. Hetherington, aged five months and five days.

We laid her gently among the leaves
That fall from the forest rose,
And the dewy lawn weeps diadems
O'er the place of ther repose.
