She was a member of Resurrection Parish in Santa Rosa, Calif., for 12 years. She also was active in the Happy Hearts, Renew and Cursillo communities.

Orene loved the ocean, card games with friends, spending time with her family and good old-fashioned conversations around the kitchen table.

Surviving are her sons, Chuck (Judi) Stack, Mike Stack and Jim (Debby) Stack; a daughter, Kathy (Fred) Twers; granddaughters, Delia Hulke and Kamie Stack; nephews, Jan Hulke and Casey Stack; a sister, Joan Rowe; cousins, Peg Cannon and Connie Link; and other beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends both here and abroad.
