Elmer L. "Rocky" Beaulieau, 46, formerly of Dubuque, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital, Mankato, Minn., as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at United Pentecostal Church, Mankato, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Austin, Minn. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Mankato Mortuary, and after 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
He was born on Feb. 8, 1957, in Iowa City, son of Eva (Specht) Kenneally.
He served with the Army and worked for LeSueur Inc. His interests were fishing, hunting, camping and outdoor activities.
Surviving are four children, Nichole Steele and Megan Steele, both of Nicollet, Vincent Brenner, of Dubuque, and Jasmine Beaulieau, of Nowata, Okla.; three sisters, Roxanne McDole, of Wisconsin, and Susan "Lucille" Graves and Mary Soo, both of Dubuque.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Kenneally; a brother, Dale Moeller; and his grandmother, Lydia Specht.
