Edward L. Nicks c1919-1977

Services for Edward L. Nicks, 58, of Skokie, Ill., will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Ghost Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at Behr’s, where the Scriputre Wake Service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Mr. Nicks, formerly of 2738 Pinard St. died Monday at the Evanston Hospital in Evanston, Ill. He was born in Dubuque, and was a World War II veteran.
Surviving are two brothers, Joseph P. and Kenneth H. Nicks, both of Dubuque.
