Michael P. O'Malley

Michael P. O'Malley, 49, of 210 16th, Silvas, Ill., formerly of Dubuque, died at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 6, 2008, at home.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Nativity Church, Dubuque. The cremated remains will be buried in Silvas, Ill., with military rites. There will be no visitation.

He was born Aug. 5, 1958, at Mercy Hospital, Dubuque, son of Thomas and Ruth O'Malley. He married Allison Fordham of Rock Island.

Surviving are his wife, Allison; daughters, Molly, Michelle, and Mallory O'Malley, all of Silvas, Ill.; his mother, Ruth E. O'Malley, of Westminster, Colo.; a brother, Tim T. O'Malley, of Westminster, Colo.; a sister, Lori A. Gartner, of Broomfield, Colo.; a brother, Rory Austin, of Fla.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas O'Malley.
