DEATH-

We regret to learn the Mr. E. Bissell, Druggist, of this city, died at Lansingsburg, N. Y., on the 29th ult., of fever. Mr. Bissell was one of the oldest and most intelligent business men of Dubuque, and his death will be a loss to the community.
