MRS. ANNA FLECKENSTEIN

Mrs. Anna Fleckenstein, 80, of 1701 1/2 Central Avenue, died at 11 a.m. Thursday at the family residence.

Friends may call at Behr's. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church. Rev. Anthony Sigwarth will offer the Requiem High Mass. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Mary's, Sacred Heart League and the Third Order of St. Francis.

She was born at Durango, Ia., daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa Engelhardt Butlett, and lived in Dubuque since 1927.

In 1902 she was married to Joseph Fleckenstein at Sherrill, who passed away in 1952.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Edna Kruse, Mrs. Delores Clarke, Mrs. Fred (Savena) Sear, all of Dubuque; four sons, Herbert, Ralph, and Clem Fleckenstein, all of Dubuque, and Paul Eldon Fleckenstein of Mason City, Ia.; one sister Mrs. Regina Nicks of Dubuque, and one brother Tony Butlett of Davenport, Ia.; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Members of the Rosary Society, Sacred Heart league and Third order of St. Francis members are to meet at Behr's at 7:30 p.m. Friday for the Rosary.
