THIRD STREET CEMETERY
The City Attorney stated he had examined the records and could not find that the new, or upper part of 3d Street Cemetery, had ever been dedicated for burial purposes. He had also conferred with the Attorney for Bishop Hennesy and he did not know the facts in the case. The matter was referred for future action
