The marriage of Mr. John Roth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Roth, of New Vienna, and brother of C. P. Roth, of this city, and Miss Lena Gassman, was performed at St. Mary’s Church in Dubuque Tuesday morning. Rev. Father Rohlman officiating. A small reception was held at the bride’s home. Mr. Harry Roth, of Estherville, and Miss Lizzie Eller, of Dubuque were the attendants. The bride is a popular young lady and the groom is industrious and held in high esteem.
