The stock sale conducted by J. F. Hedley, the popular auctioneer, at the Hurley farm, Thursday, was well attended and all lines realized first class prices. Hogs, horses and cattle were in heavy demand. Small shoats ranging in lots of a dozen sold as high as $7.55 each, 2 year old colts, $65 suckling calves, $9 each; milch cows ranging from $30 to $45, and all other property in proportion.
