SALE OF FRUIT HILL NURSERY-Mr. E. R. Shankland, yesterday, closed the purchase of the “Beebe” or Fruit Hill Nursery. The sum paid was $10,500. The purchase included the 160 acres of land with the nursery and farming stock; wagons, plows, horses and cattle.
