On Friday afternoon, Jacob Isaacson, a Polander was arrested on the complaint of Jacob Wolfson, in charging him with arson in having set fire to his junk shop, adjoining French’s oil factory, and thus causing the great conflagration on Tuesday. The prisoner is about 40 years old and a married man. He took out an insurance policy on his furniture, a few weeks ago.
