MARRIED ON NEW YEAR’S
~
Samuel T. Swift and Miss Dorothy C. Baule
Wedded By Judge Matthews
~
A pretty wedding took place last night at 8 o’clock when Miss Dorothy C. Baule and Samuel T. Swift were united. The ceremony was performed by Judge M. C. Matthews and was witnessed by Miss Nellie Baule, sister of the bride and Thomas W. Bean. After the ceremony the bridal couple went to the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Caroline Baule of 60 Asbury Street, where they partook of a wedding supper. Mr. and Mrs. Swift departed this morning for the east where they will spend their honeymoon. They will be home at 60 Asbury Street after January 15th.

The announcement of the wedding caused surprise among their friends of both bride and bridegroom, as none but the families new of the nuptials.

The bride is a most estimable young lady possessing a wealth of womanly graces that have made her a dear friend to a host of persons.

The bridegroom is the proprietor of the Model barbershop and is a young man of sterling business principals and is admired by a wide circle of friends because of his many manly traits of character.
