Nuptials of Mr. Frank Thill and
Miss Maggie Keppler Consummated
~
A beautiful morning wedding occurred at the Catholic Church at Holy Cross, this county, this morning, when Mr. Frank Thill and Miss Maggie Keppler plighted their troth, Rev. Father McCarthy, the pastor of the church officiating. After the marriage ceremony the bridal party repaired to the Clemens hotel at Holy Cross where a sumptuous wedding breakfast was served to twenty guests.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. Keppler, an influential farmer of North Buena Vista, and is well known and highly respected in this city, where she has resided for the past year. She is a lady of attainments, and is well spoken of by a large group of friends in this city.

Mr. Thill is a promising business man of Rockdale, where he conducts a wagon manufacturing establishment. He is a former resident of Dubuque, where he resided until last spring, when he decided to go into business for himself. He is a man of sterling habits and is an industrious and progressive business man.

Mr. and Mrs. Thill arrived in the city on the afternoon train on the Milwaukee, and will give a reception tonight to their friends at the home of the groom’s brother, Mr. Nicholas Thill, at 324 Queen Street. They will reside at Rockdale after a short honeymoon in the east.
