CAUGHT ON THE FLY
The colored were out in force last evening a sleighing. Among the number was Mrs. Blackstone, who went in company of Prof. Hailstone, the orator of Fort Dodge for a sleigh ride. This sudden departure of Mrs. Blackstone raised the ire of her leigh lord and he sought the arrest of the couple, urging the night police to lock up Hailstone till morning. The police saw nothing improper in their conduct and refused to interfere. Blackstone was jealous of Hailstone, and that’s what’s the matter.
