ABSTRACT AND LAW OFFICE – Frank Jennings has opened an abstract and law office on the corner of Main and 7th Streets. Mr. Jennings has been engaged more than a year in completing the Abstracts of Titles in Dubuque County, and possesses rare facilities for furnishing information relative to titles. He is a gentlemen of fine abilities, and his large acquaintance with the people of this section of Iowa will secure him a fair proportion of the business of the profession.
