RETURNING SOLIDERS – The steamer Brillant arrived late last night with the 6th Minnesota regiment aboard, bound for St. Paul. She landed at this place a number of Iowa troops, members of the 4th and 15th Infantry, en route west. The Davenport with the 7th and 10th Minnesota left Davenport when she did, but got left behind, being unable to keep up.
