GREAT DEMAND FOR BEDSTEADS - The demand for double bedsteads was never as good as it is at present. All the cabinet manufactures have all they can do to turn out enough of those articles indispensable to communal felicity and housekeeping. A forwarding house on the levee has two drays employed all this week hauling bedsteads to the depot for shipment west. Since the solider's returned there is every indication of an unusual number of marriages about to take place, and hence the demand for household goods. This is bedstead week in Dubuque.
