Slop Contract – The contract for slop from Rhomberg & Co.’s. Distillery has been let to Mr. John Murphy, the stock dealer, who is buying up from 500 to 100 head of cattle to consume to offal from the distillery. Still fed-hooves will be shipped from this market.
