Hiram Simpson, the Concord Township school-master; who gave one of his scholars an unmerciful beating some time ago, was brought in yesterday by Deputy Sheriff Kiene for trial, and will have a hearing tomorrow before Justice Chapline. He resisted the local authorities, so it was necessary to call in the sheriff to their assistance.
