OBITUARY
Kinsella

Mrs. Anastasia Kinsella, aged 78 years, widow of the late James Kinsella, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. Duggan, on Seminary Hill, Sunday morning at 3 o’clock.

The deceased lady was born in Ireland in 1817, and when about 9 years of age emigrated to Canada with her parents, where about sixty years ago she was married to James Kinsella, who died in this city about twenty years ago. In 1847, with her husband, she came west and settled in Dubuque county, where she has since resided.

She is survived by seven children as follows: William Kinsella, a merchant of Kimball, S. D.; Thomas (now Brother Marcellinus, C.S.C., of the order of the Holy Cross); and Francis, in business in St. Paul, Minn.; Honora, now Sister Saloam, of the Sisters of Charity of the B.V.M., Chicago; Eliza, now Sister Marcellina of the same order in Council Bluffs, Iowa; Catherine (Mrs. Thos. Murphy) of Cedar Falls, Iowa; and Mary (Mrs. M. Duggan) of this city. She was preceded to her eternal home by her son James, who died some years before his father; Michael, who died just thirteen months ago: and John, who died last August.
