PRIVATE HIRD

Private Eugene Hird, Armed Forces Replacement Center, Camp Campbell, Ky., is spending a 10 day furlough with his father, Arthur R. Hird and his family, 1295 Dodge Street. He has been in the service April, 1943, and had basic training at Fort Knox, Ky., only recently being transferred to Campbell. Hird has two brothers also in the service. Private First Class Ray Hird, with the United States Army Air Forces in England, and Corporal Earl Hird, a mechanic in the USAAF at Willow Run, Ypsilanti, Mich.
