WILSON. ln Minnesota township, Jackson, of blood poison, Ole Wilson, aged sixty-two years.

This pioneer settler of Jackson county had been ailing for a year, but had not been considered as in a dangerous condition until within the past two weeks. He had been sorely afflicted with rheumatism which brought on the fatal disease.

Ole Wilson settled on a farm just over the line in Jackson county thirty two years ago, where he has since resided. He braved all the trying times of early days in the northwest with a determination of worthy purpose that gained for him a competency and the high esteem of his neighbors.

Deceased had transacted his business in Spirit Lake all these years and always maintained a good standing in this community.

Besides the life companion he leaves one son and one daughter, Lewis, who resides near the old homestead, and Mrs. Frank Smith, of Hayward's Bay.

Funeral services were conducted at the home yesterday at 10:00 o'clock a. m. and the burial was in Lakeview cemetery.
