Seeking Ballinger Family from Iowa

I am seeking information on my gg grandparents, Keturah (Kitty) Ballinger & John V. (Vance) Abbott. They were married in Des Moines County Iowa in June 1843, and their oldest daughter Catherine was born there in 1844. They left Iowa for Oregon in 1850. The only thing I have on Keturah was that she was daughter of Judge Ballinger. If anyone has any information on this family I would be most grateful.
