I am wondering if William Ingersoll and my James Ingersoll could be related. Here is what I know about James.
James Ingersoll was born Bet. 1803 - 1810 in Ohio, and died Bet. 11 Aug 1870 - Jun 1880, probably in Burlington, Des Moines Co., Iowa.
Occupation: Aug 1850, Laborer [census]
Residence: Aug 1850, Miami Twp., Hamilton County, Ohio [census]
Residence2: Aug 1870, Burlington, Des Moines Co., Iowa. Living with daughter, Susan Ingersoll Hodges, and her family. [census]
James Ingersoll married Delilah Jones Abt. 1828 in Ohio, perhaps in Hamilton County?.
