Busse family

BUSSE, DOWNS, POINDEXTER

I am looking for info on my G Grandmother Eda Busse Downs. she is buried in Augusta cemetary. She was married to George Lawson Downs. they had a daughter Alice May Downs who married Lewis Sproul Poindexter (my maternal grandparents). I have no info on Busse family. I know that Eda's parents immigrated from Prussia around 1870. I don't know where they are buried or if they were known by American names William and Sophia Busse or if they were known by German names. I know there is other family in Des Moines county. Eda had a sister that was known as Tina who married Otto Haendler. I think there were also brothers William and Henry along with other siblings. I would like to contact anyone with knowledge of any one in this family.
