Jolene Kae Clark, born February 4, 1947 in Burlington, Iowa, passed away peacefully Saturday morning October 14, 2006 in Torrance, California, following a long illness.

She was a 57 year resident of Carson, California, and for 22 years as the owner of Kids World Preschool, she touched the lives of so very many children with her loving and caring style of teaching.

Jolene was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.

She leaves behind her devoted husband of 29 years, Gary; her loving children, Yvonne, Cherisse, Sharon, J.R. (wife, Janet) and Donny (wife, Sonja); her dearest friend and sister, Carreen Dodd (husband, Jay); her big brother, Rodney Scheu (wife, Anna); seven wonderful grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ida Scheu; and brother, John Charles Scheu. Jolene will be sorely missed by the family she loved so dear and her memory will be held in their hearts forever.
