Francis W. Eibes

Francis William Eibes, 60, of Palmdale, Calif., died Sunday, Feb. 1, at his home.

Born June 12, 1926, in Des Moines County, he was the son of William and Alice Williams Eibes. He married Alice Dangler Oct. 19, 1964.

He was an 11-year veteran of the armed services. He was a former employee of Lockheed Aircraft and North American Aircraft, both in California.

Surviving are his wife, Alice, 1050 E. Avenue, P4, Palmdale, Calif. 93550; two sons, Carl Lee Eibes and LeRoy Ray Eibes, both of Palmdale; one daughter, Rose Ann Eibes, Palmdale; two brothers, Marvin Eibes and Ronald Eibes, both of Burlington; two sisters, Bonnie Wixson, Burlington, and Marjorie Witte, Morning Sun.

Services for Mr. Eibes will be Wednesday at the Alsen Funeral Home, Palmdale. Burial will be in Palmdale Cemetery.
