Mrs. Ada L. Wallentine, 87, of 2205 Agency, died at 9:45 p.m. Monday, April 1, in St. Francis Care and Continuation Center.
She was born July 28, 1886, in Des Moines county, the daughter of William and Louise Rasche Schroeder. Jan. 30, 1907, in Des Moines county she married Christian Wallentine.
She was a charter member of Open Bible church.
Surviving: The husband; two daughters, Mrs. Wilma Pfadenhauer, West Burlington, Marcella Carlson, Des Moines; two sons, Harold, Iowa Falls, Delbert, Des Moines; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Lunning Chapel, Rev. Edward Anderson; Aspen Grove (Cemetery).
