Mr. Henry Vollmer, a prominent and highly respected farmer in this county, died at half-past 1 o'clock last night at his home, about one and one'half miles southwest of Dodgeville. He was 76 years of age and had lived in this vicinity for the past 30 years. He is survived by a widow and six grown children. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock, from the German M. D. Church near his home.
