IOWA CENTENARIAN DIES
Mrs. Catharine Lusk, Oldest Resident of Chariton Dies
Ottumwa, Ia., May 17, ---Death claimed the oldest resident of Chariton this morning when Mrs. Catherine Lusk, aged 100 years, died at the home of her son, W.B.E. Lusk. Her husband was a veteran of the war of 1812. She was born in West Virginia, October 18, 1811, and had lived in Iowa for over seventy-two years. The funeral will be held in Burlington, Iowa, tomorrow.
