Larry Edwin Myers, 43, of 2501 Valleyview Lane, Burlington, died at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 1995, at Burlington Medical Center.

Born Sept. 25, 1951, in Fort Madison, he was the son of Loy Eugene Myers and Virginia Dunn Myers Henderson.

Mr. Myers was an Army veteran. He was a graduate of Harmony High School in Farmington. He attended the First Assembly of God Church in Burlington.

Survivors include three sisters, Linda Rashid and Karen Folker, both of Burlington, and Kathy Cox of Georgia; one brother, Michael Myers of Brazil; two stepsisters, Sheri Bresnahan of Mount Pleasant and Linda Fry of Burlington; parents Russell and Virginia Henderson of Burlington; his stepmother, Joyce Myers of West Burlington; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a grandfather.

Visitation will be after 8 a.m. Monday in Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends between 7 and 8:30 p.m.

The funeral for Mr. Myers will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Norman Wenig officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.
