Funeral for Thomas Lyle Schrock, 20, 126 Marietta, who died in a sport parachuting accident at Washington, Iowa, Wednesday, March 21, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke United Church of Christ, Rev. Ernest Ellmers officiating.

Mr. Schrock was born Aug. 27, 1952, in Burlington, the son of Lyle B. and Anna E. Hanna Schrock. He was unmarried and lived with his mother; his father lives in Muscatine.

He was active in the new Interpretive Theater group and Philosophy club at Southeastern Community college. In addition to the Mississippi Valley Skyhawks parachute club, he belonged to the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Burlington YMCA.

Surviving: the parents; two brothers, William Schrock, Stockport, and Pvt. John Schrock, Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.; a sister Rosalie Guiterrez, Burlington, three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Hanna, Mt. Pleasant, and Mrs. Irene Schrock, Pomona, Calif.

Burial will be at Long Creek cemetery near Danville.
