Alma Lucinda (Unterkircher) Smith, 84, of The Oaks in Burlington, was born in Burlington, Iowa, on June 23, 1882. She died at 6:35 p.m. on May 15, 1967, in St. Francis Hospital in Burlington.

Her funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on May 18, 1967, at Prugh Chapel, with Rev. E. William Strauser of Christ Episcopal Church officiating. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery.

Alma was the daughter of Fred L. and Amelia (Meyer) Unterkircher. She married Roy Cutler Smith in Burlington on November 4, 1908.

She was survived by their daughter Molly Lee of Burlington (with whom she made her home), a granddaughter, and her sister Delia Jacobsen of Burlington. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
