Morning Sun (IA) -- Amy A. Yohe, 89, Morning Sun, died Monday, May 24, at Burlington Medical Center.

She was born November 2, 1892, to W. O. and Mary Howes Duryeau at Morning Sun, where she married William O. Yohe June 25, 1913; He died January 7. 1960.

She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church.

Surviving: One son, E. Anthony, Sedalia, Colorado; three sisters, Virginia Jack, Morning Sun. Mrs. Fannie Wilson, Wapello, and Mrs. Martha Leighton, Cedar Rapids; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday, First United Presbyterian Church, the Reverend Diane Bishop; Elmwood Cemetery. A memorial to her church has been established at Pierce Funeral Home.
