Mrs. Anna Schreiber passed away Sunday morning at the home of her son, No. 2015 River street. She was born in Germany, November 10, 1835 and had lived in Burlington 49 years. She is survived by the husband, Michael Schreiber, and the following children: Fred, William and Jacob, here; Edward, at Omaha, and George, at St. Paul. There are nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Many friends will hold the good woman in kindly remembrance. She was a faithful member of St. John's Catholic church and the funeral will be held from there at 9:00 o'clock Wednesday morning with interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
