Harry P. Lutenegger, 92, of 302 West Burlington Avenue, West Burlington, died in Burlington Medical Center at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, January 22.
He was born May 26, 1890, in Burlington to Joseph and Mary Stodt Lutenegger. He married Agnes Popp June 21, 1916, at West Burlington.
A boilermaker for the Burlington Railroad for 50 years, he was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and the Eagles Lodge.
Surviving: The wife; two daughters, Evelyn Wilcox, Hazelwood, Missouri, and Florence Bohlen, Danville Route 2; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, St. Mary Church, the Reverend Louis J. Mulligan; St. Mary Cemetery.
Wake: Lunning Chapel at 7:30 tonight. Memorials have been established for the church and St. Mary Grotto.
