Mrs. Dorothy R. Hermann, 61, of 230 Lewis St., died Thursday Nov. 6 in Burlington Care Center after an extended illness.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Rossiter, she was born Aug. 9, 1914, in Burlington. She married Richard Hermann Oct. 29, 1944, in Burlington.
Mrs. Hermann was a member of West Hill Methodist church, United Methodist Women, Eleanor Copeland King's Daughters circle, and the American Legion auxiliary.
Surviving: The husband, two sons, Living--; a daughter, Susan Bamesberger, Wheatridge, Colo.; and two brothers, Russell Rossiter, Cedar Rapids, and Glen Rossiter, Burlington.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, West Hill church, Rev. Donald Busey, Aspen Grove cemetery. A memorial for the Parkinson Foundation has been established at Sheagren funeral home.
