Yesterday morning at two o'clock, Adam Hermann, father of our townsman H. Hermann, the boot and shoe merchant, died at the residence of Mrs. Jacob Hermann, on High street, aged 75 years. Has been a resident of Burlington for many years. He was not attacked by any disease, but quietly went to rest after a ripe old age, his work on earth being done. The funeral will take place today at 2 o'clock from the residence of Mrs. Herman.
