DROPS DEAD AT BATTLE CREEK THIS MORNING

Charles F. Hermann, former resident of this city and son of Fred Hermann, former city assessor here, dropped dead at the breakfast table at his home in Battle Creek, Mich., this morning, according to word received by relatives in this city. The remains will be brought to Burlington for burial and interment will be held Wednesday.
Mr. Herman was a member of St. Luke Evangelical church of this city and was well known in local Masonic circles. Surviving are the widow, who was formerly Miss Nellie Koch, of Burlington, and one son Harold; three brothers, Edward, of Burlington; Fred, of Des Moines, and Herbert, of Arizona, and a sister, Mrs. Felix Kinlen, of West Burlington. Mr. Herman was about 53 years old at the time of his death. The remains will be taken to Prugh's chapel.

---The body of Charles F. Hermann, former resident, who died Monday in Battle Creek, Michigan will arrive in Burlington tonight and will be taken to Prugh's chapel from where it will be moved to the residence of Mrs. Rudolph Koch, 1517 Summer street tomorrow morning.
Funeral services will be held in St. Luke's Evangelical church tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock preceded by private services at the Koch residence at 2 o'clock with burial in Aspen Grove cemetery.

Funeral services for Mr. Charles Hermann, who passed away at Battle Creek, Michigan, December 28, 1931; will be held in the St. Luke's Evangelical church, corner of 14th and South Sts., Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, preceded by private services in the residence of Mrs. R. P. Koch, No. 1517 Summer St., at 2 o'clock. Friends invited to the church. Interment will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
The remains will be taken from Prugh's chapel to the residence Wednesday morning.

CHAS. F. HERMANN'S BODY TO BE BROUGHT TO CITY FOR BURIAL

The body of Charles F. Hermann, former Burlington resident, who died suddenly at the breakfast table at home in Battle Creek, Mich., yesterday morning, will be brought to Burlington for burial. The body will be taken to Prugh's chapel upon its arrival here and burial will be sometime Wednesday.
Mr. Hermann was a son of Fred Hermann, former city assessor of Burlington. He was a member of St. Luke Evangelical church of this city and was well known in Burlington Masonic circles. He is survived by his widow who was formerly Miss Nellie Koch of this city, and one son, Harold; three brothers, Edward of Burlington; Fred of Des Moines, and Herbert of Arizona, and one sister, Mrs. Felix Kinlen of West Burlington.
