Daniel Thomas Charbonneau, 86, a native of Keithsburg, died Tuesday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Inez Davis, 1019 S. 12th St, Burlington, Iowa. His home was at Oakville, Iowa and he had been at the daughter's home about two weeks.

Mr. Charbonneau's mother was the late Jane Mapes Charbonneau of Keithsburg. Surviving are six sons and four daughters, 40 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Oakville Presbyterian Church and burial was in the Edwards Cemetery at Oakville. (Galesburg Register Mail, Thursday, 10 December 1953).
