Mrs. Sara Alice Truan, 63, of Rock Island, Illinois, formerly of Burlington, died Monday at 12:30 a.m. in Rock Island.
She was born July 23, 1903, in Burlington, the daughter of Clarence and Alice Smyth Wells. She married William G. Miller in 1922. In 1949, she married Ray Truan. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving: Five sons, Harlen and Gordon Miller of Rock Island, Elwood Miller of Springdale, Washington, Don Miller of Davenport, and Jack Miller of Moline, Illinois; 14 grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ruth Norton of Davenport.
Services: Thursday 10:30 a.m., Prugh's chapel; Aspen Grove cemetery.
